Javier Trejo

Javier Trejo is an experienced trial lawyer who thrives in the courtroom and puts clients over outcomes; always ensuring his clients' rights are protected and their voices are heard.

Javier began his career advising corporate clients from domestic employers in the hospitality field to Fortune 500 multinationals in the medical device industry on business immigration and global mobility. Beyond developing specific capability in non-immigrant visas and green card applications, Javier learned to be adaptable and seek creative solutions to an ever-changing regulatory environment thrown further into flux by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Seeking a pivot to trial practice, Javier served as an Assistant Public Defender for Fulton County and private criminal defense attorney. From Blue Ridge to South Georgia and from traffic tickets to felonies, Javier stood by his clients as they navigated the criminal justice system including temporary protective orders and bond hearings, through complex motions and trial. Whether in front of the court or in contentious pre-trial negotiations with opposing counsel, he always sought to put the client first. The son of Cuban immigrants, Javier is fluent in Spanish and takes unique pride in serving bilingual and English-limited clients.
