Background

Earl represents real estate investors, investment groups, and businesses in solving complex disputes and structuring deals. He routinely drafts and reviews contracts, conducts due diligence, and advises clients on legal issues related to real estate and broader business transactions. Working closely with clients he helps them achieve their goals while minimizing legal risks. Earl serves a critical role counseling clients through complex situations, ensuring their interests are protected.

 

Earl is adept at performing during high-pressure moments involving complex legal situations and challenging opponents. Through his prior employment in “big law,” Earl developed a proven track record of delivering results while working on institutional and enterprise level legal issues.

 

Prior to joining the legal industry, Earl served over 10 years as an Infantry officer. He received his B.S. from the University of North Georgia, graduating summa cum laude, and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law where he served as a teaching assistant for Advanced Legal Writing. 

 

Outside of his legal practice, Earl is a staunch advocate for veterans’ issues. He runs several initiatives aimed at raising awareness and solutions to combat veteran suicide and is a prolific public speaker on overcoming hardship and veteran suicide prevention. In 2022, Earl completed the Appalachian Trail as a project on behalf of the nonprofit Toughest Kids Initiative, Inc.
