Bryan Henderson

Bryan Henderson is not just a tenacious litigator and appellate attorney, but a dedicated advocate for justice and a committed partner in his clients’ success. With over a decade of experience handling complex fraud and civil RICO cases, he brings a unique perspective and wealth of experience into every legal battle, ensuring his clients’ interests are always at the forefront. Having served as an Assistant United States Attorney, State Prosecutor, and Public Defender, Bryan has tried hundreds of cases in federal and state courts. He has argued before the Georgia Supreme Court, securing decisions that have altered the state’s evidence code and struck down part of the Georgia Gang Act as unconstitutional. 

 

Bryan’s recent case outcomes speak volumes:

  • Secured the arrest of an Atlanta CEO in a multimillion-dollar fraud case

  • Recovered over a million dollars in restitution for a small business victim of fraud

  • Obtained half a million dollars for a homeowner defrauded by their mortgage company

  • Recovered six figure restitution for victim of “Pump and Dump” fraud scheme

  • Recovered a quarter-million dollars for a homeowner deceived by their homebuilder

  • Ensured the arrest and prosecution of an embezzling HR manager at a midsize company

  • Secured arrest and prosecution of leader of Cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme

  • Recovered more than half a million dollars in restitution for the victim of complex real estate investment fraud

Bryan earned his Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law where he was admitted to the Order of the Barristers. Prior to pursuing his law degree, Bryan received his undergraduate degree from Concord University where he was named Valedictorian of his class.
